What up STACKERS!
If you been following me for a while, you probably already know that I love "stuffing my face" with candy bars especially Snickers...
I was eating them everyday for over a year! 🤦 Can you blame me? Candy Bars are awesome! 🤣
There is nothing wrong eating candy bars... "only if" you get all your micro and macro nutrients in on a daily bases.
A few months ago, I realized that eating candy bars was just eating empty calories and not really worth it.
My search for a replacement was intact and I finally found my answer. Introducing The PaleoThin and the **Garden of Life Fit** Bars .🍫 🍫
These bars are just great (under 200 Calories / 20 Grams of Protein / 7 Grams of Fat) and best of all, they taste really good too.
Protein is overrated in my eyes but for those who lift weights, getting a little more is a must for recovery.
If you don't workout, you don't need that much protein at all. It's kinda funny that I see everyday average joe's eating so much protein for no reason. 🤦

I work in the grocery/ bar industry and these guys are popular as well.
And of course the RX bars still are selling strong.
The macro bars seem to be picking back up as well.
