I've been drinking this so called "Magic Drink" for over 8-9 years called Kombucha. So what is it? . Kombucha is basically fermented tea using "symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast". Sounds nasty right? lol
There is little "Scientific Evidence" of it's benefits but I swear by it. I do believe in it even though it might just be an placebo effect. It might just be the "buzz" that I get from the natural 1% alcohol in it. 🤣
If you ever run into these at a local store, be sure to try some out (I have one almost everyday). It's pretty pricy and it's about $3 a pop! The "Trilogy" is my favorite one, it has a nice kick to it.
So do you guys like Kombucha? You only live life once, give it a shot sometime. 🤩

I actually have never tasted Kombucha, even though I've heard and read so many positive comments about it. In Finland, Kombucha is not found in the "normal" grocery stores, and it's quite expensive too... Like what if I like it really much, and want to drink it every day? :D But one day I'll taste it too!

No it is not placebo effect that Kombu Cha is really giving you energy and vitality.
As a Korean, I learned about it how they make this in Korean way. Not sure if Chinese, Japanese or Koreans are the one to come up with this concoction.
I tasted the Kombu Cha several times but did not continue drinking it....not sure why not. I will look for it the next time and drink the brand you like.

I love Kombucha and have been making it in my own way. I usually left it to be quite sour and bubbly (maybe too long :) :)) But when I was drinking it I felt great. It helped especially when I had too much food for lunch :) I bought the army to help deal with a load :) Water kefir is also nice, have you tried it?

Honestly, I have never heard of Kombucha and you have really gotten myself interested in this little drink - took a picture and will look for it in the next store! Totally support your attitude that you only live once - so trying things out doesn't kill you (most of the time 😅).

I recently tried komboucha and I was surprised to feel as much of a buzz from it as I did! Granted I very seldom consume alcohol otherwise. You should check out Good Belly too, it's not komboucha but it's a juice drink also full of probiotics! I enjoy putting it into daily smoothies.
