Already prepare green chutney and dates tamarind chutney according to their recipe. Boil potatoes and moong until soft in salted water. Prepare all the necessary ingredients before making the lacquer. Take two plates and keep 8-papad in each plate. Keep 1/2 tablespoon chopped potatoes and about 1-tsp of coriander on each paprika. 1/2 tbsps on each one Put the onion and 1/2 tbsp of tomatoes. Put 1 teaspoon tamarind potato sauce on each paprika. Insert ¾ teaspoon green chutney on each paprika. Cook 1/4 cup on top of each plate and sprinkle chaat masala powder.Ta green decorated with coriander. Save Puri is ready to serve the lick.
