ชีสเค้กเป็นขนมที่หลายๆคนชอบ ถึงแม้จะเป็นขนมที่อุดมไปด้วย ความหวาน ไขมัน ซึ่งไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรต่อพุงนัก แต่เมื่อเห็นหรือได้กลิ่นแล้วก็ยากที่จะหักห้ามใจ ขอลองสักชิ้นแล้วค่อยไปออกกำลังกายทดแทน เอาเป็นว่าสิ่งที่จะทำให้เรามีความสุขเล็กๆน้อยๆก็ทำไปเถอะเนาะ มองข้ามความยึดติดบางอย่างไปก็จะทำให้ชีวิตมีความสุขมากขึ้น
