Somewhat alive, but without a doubt different from a few years ago. It'l take some trawling through posts, but you'll probably find content you like, I also assume that the content you used to post would still attract followers :)

Nope. I started posting regularly and except for a few old timers who pop in now and then, i get no votes.
There are several groups here on this platform kinda doing their own thing. Vote buying clubs sorta.
