My cheetah blacklist. My apology to the Steemit community.

With sadness in my heart, I write this apology appeal letter to the community of steemians and also to @cheetah seeking for my account to be removed from the blacklist.

I was guilty of plagiarism and making a promise that such won't repeat itself.
