Ok ladies ....I need some help !! I just got my period for the first time in 3 years this month bc I had a bad twin pregnancy and delivery which wrecked my pituitary gland...for some reason which is extremely rare once ur pituitary gland is fried and dead it never comes back but by some miracle my endocrinologist except that I must have had a few cells left and all of sudden my body decided it wanted to heal up again so basically after my pregnancy I went through menopause I had absolutely no hormones nothing no testosterone no progesterone no estrogen note DHEA like no hormones just like you would when you go through menopause so then I ended up with Sheehan's disease and now all of a sudden I have all these hormones going through my body again and my Endo said that I am basically going through puberty again since I haven't had a period in over 3 years they are still really late because I have had an ablation since I wouldn't stop bleeding after I had my twins so I am just wondering after I told you this back story I'm one of those types of people that don't wear underwear.....
So basically I am looking for some type of tampon that is organic and that does not have all the chemicals in it and since I've been out of the game for so long I don't really know what to use I went to the store the other day to buy some stuff but I looked in eye I have no idea what to buy there is so much but I really would like to find something that is healthy and organic without all the chemicals like the normal tampons do I will be wearing panties at night which allows me to wear a pad which I'm going to buy the all-natural ones that people make on Etsy 2 wear during the night but when I'm up and about during the day I would like some type of tampon I'm not wanting to use the menstrual cup just because my periods aren't that heavy so there would be no real point to using those so I'm just kind of wondering what all you ladies do and if I could get some help I would be really really gracious as I do also have to 7 year old girls that Darfur bed will be also going through this and a few years so I would like to figure out something that is healthy without all the chemicals for all of us during that time of the month... thank you for all of your help and I would really really appreciate the help or the research or the brand names it doesn't matter if I can buy it in store or online I will do whatever thank you again

Well, I know you are asking about tampons, but what works best for me is cloth washable pads.
If that isnt for you, Ive heard good things about the insert-able cups, but Ive never tried those...
