David Higgins has a background in IT systems development, as one of the chief technology officer for Learn Direct, which introduced online learning in the UK. David is also a presenter and supporter of S41 Radio in Chesterfield. We chatted about the importance of digital engagement and community media, and what David has learnt by combining IT engagement processes with face-to-face learning.
