This Workout is specially created For those who have a lagging chest.But keep in mind, Though out this whole workout,You Should be doing strict form no cheating at all unless you go really heavy and struggling for last 2-3 reps.
You have to develop that mind-muscle connection to get a mad pump. So here is the workout plan.
1-Inclined Bench press 4sets 6-12 reps .Go really heavy to force that upper chest to grow.
2-Inclined Dumbell press 3 sets 12-15 reps.
3-High to low cable flies superset with close push ups 4 sets 15-20 reps.Just really pump as much blood as you can to really experience the muscle fascia dilating.
4-And lastly Dumbell pullovers AKA Upper body squat 4 sets 8-12 reps.
