A horseman waiting to pick up new passengers in the middle of the festive city in Chicago.
These guys mostly come out during the winter months - although they can also be spotted year round.
Now that I think of it, I see less and less of these horse and carriages each year in the city.
You can go up to the horses and pet them - they’re mostly friendly :)

We have these in Columbus and Newark. I have been seeing less as well. Seems like they're only there for festivals and holidays now. They're out at Christmas time too.
