CHOPPED GINGER & GARLIC....-................................3 TEASPOON
GREEN CHILI............................-...............................5/6
CRUSHED ANISEED..................-...............................½ TEASPOON
CRUSHED RED CHILLY..............-...............................1 TEASPOON
BLACK PEPPER.........................-...............................½ TEASPOON
RAW MANGO.............................-.............................. 2
WHIPPED YOGURT.....................-..............................2 CUPS
CRUSHED OREGANO SEEDS......-...............................1 PINCH
FENUGREEK LEAVES DRY.........-...............................½ TEASPOON

COOKING:-
STEP 1 *
Heat oil in Suitable Pan add chicken & fry for 5 to 8 minutes. then include chopped garlic & green chilies, cook for 2 minute.
STEP 2*
Add yogurt in chicken. and add black pepper powder, aniseed, cumin, oregano, red chili & salt and fry till the oil forms a separate coat on top. Finally add raw mangoes, green chilies & fenugreek leaves. And Cook it for 12 to 15 minutes.
STEP 3*
Weight for water dries of & serve it .
