Crumbed chicken strips recipe

1kg chicken fillet cut into strips
Marinade in the following ingredients:

Crushed jeeroo
Mustard powder
Lemon pepper
Chicken spice
Green garlic masala
2 to 3 tblsp milk

Mix in 1 egg for 1 kg chicken fillet
Dust in 1/2 cup self raising flour
1 cup bread crumbs
And 2 tblsp chicken spice. Fry and enjoy
