Where our focused is all about talking the physical exercise done by the child .To maintain health through physical activities they carried out for their wellbeing.The to be discuss to day is based on “Physical activities for child development”.

Children naturally at their tender are often excited involving themselves.In physical activities like jumping, playing ,running etc .It’s always like a daily routine that most the children do .I most say physical exercises for the child is very good for body relaxation, straining of muscles and bone of the body.Which keep our children healthy and active all the time .
Not wasting so much time my writings will be focused on the guided questions given for this lessons to answer.I hope you all find pleasure find pleasure reading my post .As I share my experience with my own kids below 👇🏼.
I choosed the aerobic physical activities children.This is the highest sportive actives they involved themself .Jumping ,running, playing football , taking a walk with child bikes or car .Anaerobic physical activities refers to the activities done by individuals that produces high rate of heart beat and requires alots of oxygen to give or produce energy.
These aerobic activities requires energy for child to participate can be like jumping .It’s can be necessarily Being on one spot by the kids and carrying the excercise .
My kids really love cycling or playing football .It can also be having a walk through out using their motor bike .That is the case with my last child who is almost four years old .Taking a walk wether out inside the house he feels relaxed as one the sportive activities he has carried out .
I will take the case when we always visits recreation centers for my kids to have enough space to play and enjoy the various sportive games . They will always to involved themselves in the airplane drive and walk .
Another aerobic sportive physical activities is playing ons jumping on foam which makes them feels very comfortable . Also they love to seat a foam children play slide.
After, this excercises my kids are always tired .They turn to use alot of energy due to excitement.Being at carrying these exercises you discover them immediately taken away by sleep .So feel they use alot of energy and by then of the activities they are tired and need a rest.
As for my kids playing , jumping , playing football and running.These exercises they always have fun .At times when I say it’s time to rest now , they become angry and want us to continue .They have never being a time they tell me they are tired .You only remind them playing time has stop .
When you do so the physical appearance changes and they start begging me to allow them to play again.Therefore I can say it’s always a fun for them as they can do it time and again without getting tired .After, my kids will always tell my they enjoyed the supportive playing , walking, jumping etc.
It’s always a fun playing with my kids or engaged with them carrying out aerobic activities.Instead when am there they very much excited to carryout their playing physical actives without no problem.That excitement is always there for them .
But one thing I observe is that when you say playing time has stop .They needs to rest now my first son will always cry.At times I wonder he is not getting tired or how .He has really changed because I have cautioned him one cannot carryout aerobic physical at his age for long without taking a break .
