Funny stories about children
When his eldest son was 1 year old, we gave him to the wolves with his children's books catalog of the publishing house "Dorling Kindersley". The catalogue was thorough, with descriptions of all of the encyclopedias produced by the publisher, and of course with illustrations of them. A favorite pastime of the son was flipping through the catalog and point the finger at the illustration of his interest. Our role was to briefly explain what it depicted. This locomotive is a boa constrictor, and it's passion fruit, etc.
One page described the encyclopedia on the topic of the human body and there on the whole page was a picture of a human skull.
Skull intrigued the boy and he often showed it with your finger, every time something was explained, what it is, but at some point began to call him "Uncle poor Yorick"...
After a year went to grandma and grandpa for the summer. The son got into the habit to remove the book from the shelf, flip through them and put back in silence. Here he takes Shakespeare, sees an illustration of hamlet and says, "Uncle Poor Yorick"...
