Hawking is child labour and should be discouraged. however, the commonest cause cause of labour is poverty. Parents give their children out to wicked guardians because they donot have the resources to train those children, the guardians out of sheer wickedness subjects those abuse by sending them to hawk in the street thereby subjecting them to danger. The way out is for government to initiate free education and provide job opportuniies so that everybody will be gainfully employed. This will reduce the child abuse
