Well, here I am again,
considering going to bed,
but not really wanting to.
Out to lunch today with a friend,
definitely health wise around the bend.
Still early yet for the bed sheets,
but not so early to actually
allow some bullshit inside my head.
Like, I am so worried about that
Chinese balloon, canoodling
around the planet,
The latest big fear on MSM!
How can I possibly sleep
when a Chinese weather balloon,
or surveillance balloon,
or whatever it is,
threatens my life and security?
Ah, in truth? Just the thought
of this nonsense makes it
most easy to laugh for naught!
Especially when everything I buy
says made in China, yup, what I bought.
Better yet! Time for a toke, can't make this shit up.
I am pretty certain most of us could write better scripts.
So looking back, remembering my friend and me, toking together way back when, with no fear of Chinese balloons, just knowing that it is all lies. There are times to have fun and go jeeping in the mountains, bumping along and admiring nature's thrills.
Fuck the latest fear mongering about Chinese balloons. There is always something to be made afraid of if one remains afraid of just living.
