Saying that Chinese socialism entered a new era, President Xi Jinping stated that it was time for China to take the centre stage.
Xi shared a 2-phase plan to make China a 'great modern socialist country', which includes reforms until 2050.
"China will not close its door to the world; we will only become more & more open," Xi said, adding that he'll turn Chinese enterprises into world-class firms.
