I have been reading books on nutrition for quite some time now and here are the things that I found interesting so far.
-If your cholesterol is below 150mg/dl you will not get any cardiovascular disease.
-If cholesterol level is lowered from 170 mg/dl to 90mg/dl the chances of multiple cancers decrease. Pretty much all of them. Generally the lower the cholesterol the better.
-Casein what is a protein found in milk is a cancer-promoting substance.
-Plant proteins do not have an adverse effect on health. (rice, beans, pees contain protein)
