As we all know, Japanese companies are famous for overtime work. It's so common for a Japanese company to require its employers to work overtime that people ignore the neighboring country, China, where overtime work is as popular, if not, more severe. The intensity and frequency varies according to companies and fields. Nonetheless, overtime work is extremely common and normal, particularly in internet industry. Recently, employee of a famous Chinese technology company, SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. worked to death at the age of 25. SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese technology company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong with manufacturing facilities throughout the world. It is known as a manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles, commonly known as drones, for aerial photography and videography. DJI also design and manufacture camera gimbals, flight platforms, cameras, propulsion systems, camera stabilizers, and flight control systems. According to his college classmates, he is strong, energetic and fond of sports. He is a very competitive person.
He graduated from a top ten university in China majoring in the best specialty. At university, he won tons of scholarships. After his death, the company promised to provide staff with training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills.

Nowadays, companies are like machines which keep working without stop once it's turned on. Every one is like a screw, which can be easily replaced as long as the machine keeps working. Nevertheless, to his acquaintances, friends and families, he is a piece of the cherished memory and can never be replaced.
The world is constantly changing. Nothing so sure as death. So when we are breathing, we should cherish each day of our life and live it well.
