Basic introduction of China Real estate these years

I was born at year of 1982.11.1 in Hangzhou City. Now I am 35 years old. I consider myself as a China real estate bull market witness .

Basically, the real estate in China has grown up about 20-50 times in recent 20-30 years.

I will share my personal experience and also people around me stories in future posts.

I am only one Child of my family, my parents and me ,we had our very first legit registered apartment in year 1999, my father was then a scretery of stated owned railway company, this aparment was considered as a benefit for his long time working at the company. Before that we moved several times, but none of these apartments have legal certificatesor land or house certicates with them.

These pictures I would say may be posted in very recent 2-3 years, there were no higher bulidings when we moved in there. The apartment has 2 bedrooms ,one living room, one bath room, and a kitchen. That is a basically arrangement at that period of time.

By the time we moved in, the price for this apart is around 1800-2000 RMB per square meters, which means the apartment was worth like around 15000 USD ( at that time exchange rate is somewhere from 8-9 ). Today this apartment is worth about 500,000 USD .
