第一名求职者今年已经30岁了,曾经也有过销售经验,他听到这个问题时忍不住笑了,他说:这只有在梦中才可以。面试官也笑了,紧接着淘汰了他。
而第二名求职者工作经验不算丰富,之前都是自己在创业,曾经也干过服装生意,可是后来失败了,于是就决定来找一份销售的工作。她回答说:一根油条,她的价值摆在那里,你不可能让一个人花费超出它本身价值太多倍的价钱来购买这个油条,除非对方是一个傻子,那么要想把它卖出去,那么就去找一个有钱的傻子才有可能。于是,她也被面试官淘汰了。
而第三位就是小明了。他说:要想把油条卖到50万,首先客户群体必须定位好,对象必须是有50万的人,要是单纯的把一根油条卖到50万,这是不可能的,除非这根油条有它自己的价值,比如说用于明星炒作,这是哪个热门的明星亲手做的油条,这样才能够提高他的身价。用此类的方法,才有可能将油条卖出去。
面试官听完之后觉得小明的回答非常的精彩,不仅能够找准客户,而且还知道怎样才能让本身的实物价值翻倍,这正是他们做销售需要的。于是,小明被当场录用。如果是你,你会怎么回答这个问题呢?
