How to structure our daily activity so we can get the best out of it according to the Chinese medicines wheel?
We have 12 major meridians every 2 hour each meridian is at its peak
- 5 to 7 am. Large Intestine when this organ is on energetic peak in our body is a moment for elimination and bowel movement. Best time to weak up and drink water and morning cleansing routines.
- 7 to 9 am. Stomach meridian best breakfast time. Associated with assimilation of the mind as well so it is a good time to learn or digest new information as well.
- 9 to 11 am. Work an be active spleen also is associated with mental power and absorption of nutrients and information what it give us energy.
- 11 to 1 pm. Eat lunch and socialize open your heart.Feeling of extreme joy or sadness can also be experienced at that time.
- 1 to 3 pm. Small intestine we are absorbing and digesting our lunch It is also good time to take some rest if needed.
- 3 to 5 pm. It is time to drink more water or tee. Best time to learn and use your mind do some more work. It might appear feeling of irritation.
- 5 to 7 pm. Eating Dinner and restoration of the our energy. It good time for a walk or a stretch of our body.
- 7 to 9 pm. Pericardium when the nutrient are carried out to each cell. Perfect time for conceiving.
- 9 to 11pm. Triple Warmer or endocrine system It recommended to rest at that time chill out relax and slow down.
- 11 to 1 am. Glableder here it start the cycle of the wood energy building Yang the capacity energy when we rest we collect yang energy like batteries that helps us to be active during the day.
- 1 to 3 am. Liver time in which we should be a slip we detoxify during that time and new blood is getting formed.
- 3 to 5 am. Lungs get their energetic pick time when our body get replenish with oxygen. Sleep is recommended also.
