⒈Preparation materials: Stinky tofu, oil, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, scallions.
⒉Production steps:
①Cut Stinky tofu into moderate pieces.
②Pour a proper amount of oil into a hot pot. When the oil temperature rises, put in Stinky tofu blocks, and slowly fry them over a medium low heat until both sides are golden and the skin is crisp.
③During the frying process, pay attention to controlling the heat to avoid burning or overcooking.
④After frying, remove and control the oil for later use.
