In the Picture My friend his doing the coocking thing. It was a sudden plan. we have six in our group. we brought the finest chicken from the market. My other friends have a little bit idea about the proses. but they were very much excited to know how things get done. We brought all the ingridiens and mix it with the chicken. the. my mom come and told us that we should put some chily sauce to it to get a extra spaicy falvour. we don't have any idea what it will test like. but we have full trust on mom.so we mixed it with sauce. after marinating for 2 hour we went for the fire. thia was the real chalenage for us. we gather all the wood to make a fire. and we try for an hour with our eveeyrhing and then got succeeded. then we realise the wood we are burning was wet. and that's wht it took a long time to catch fire. the my friend joseph took over and burn the chicken. there was lot of meat and when we put the chicken in our mouth for the first time the teat was out of the world. we were so hungry so we finished the food in a blink of an eye. didn't have the opertunity to thanks my mom.cause it was late night nad she fale asleep. but no problem she will get a special thanks in the morning.

The reciepe was simple
we use yogart, chilly sauce,oister sauce,garlic ginjer, oil salt. I know my steemer friends are vrey good in it. more than me. so it would be great for me if you share asome BAR B Q reciepe with me.will try this at home. goodnight.
