6 eggs
200g dark choc 70%
250g melted butter
250g sugar
100g flour
10g backing powder

1.Melt the choc with butter.

  1. Separately, mix egg yolks with sugar (5min in the machine).
  2. Ad the choc+butter
  3. Ad the whipped egg white carefully
  4. Ad the flour+BP at the end
  5. 1h. 150' C
