ingredients:
cooking oil (hot) – ½ cup
cocoa powder – 4tbsp
sugar – ½ cup
flower (maida) – 1 & ½ cup
baking powder – 1tsp
baking soda – ½ tsp
instant coffee – 1tsp
vanilla essence – 1tsp
warm water – 1cup
( baking tin 18cm)
topping with melted dark chocolate – 3tbsp
& some chocolate for decoration (optional)

Wants to bake in oven: preheated 170c – bake for 35 to 40 mins
