Delicious Chocolate
Ingredients.
One Chocolate Bar.
Butter one Teaspoon.
Or Butter Paper.
Method.
Take two pans one bigger size and other smaller size that can be immersed in the bigger pan.
Add some water to the bigger pan and heat the pan.
Let it heat.
Now place the smaller Pan in the hot water so that it floats over the water.
Hold the smaller pan so that it does not immerses in water.
Place the chocolate bar in the smaller pan.
Let it melt in the water’s heat.
Keep stirring if any lumps form.
Wait until the entire chocolate bar melts to liquid.
Once the entire bar melts remove the pan from the stove.
Remove the small pan from the bigger one.
Take a butter paper and spread.
If butter paper is not available take any stainless steel tray or any tray that can withstand heat.
Avoid plastic trays which melts in heat.
If using tray apply one tea spoon of ghee or butter on the entire surface.
Application of butter is for easy removal of the chocolate pieces once they dry.
Apply on the entire surface.
Spread evenly so that the tray is coated with a thin layer of butter or ghee.
Now remove the smaller pan from the bigger one and pour the entire chocolate melt on the tray or over the butter paper.
Spread the mix evenly on the surface to make an even area, use a knife to make an even surface.
Make a rectangular shape with the chocolate mix.
Let it dry, if the climate is cold let it dry in the room temperature, else if the temperature is hot cover the tray and place it in refrigerator or freezer.
When the fill is semi solid, after half an hour or one hour draw lines both horizontally and vertically with a knife to make it into pieces.
Draw when the mixture is half dried. Do not draw when it is too liquid or when it dries completely.
Let the mix dry for one or two hours based on the room temperature.
When the mix completely turns solid remove from the tray.
If butter paper is used peel the paper below.
