Today im going to talk about chocolate swiss roll .
So I'll tell you what is chocolate swiss roll it is a desserts which is peoples have after dinner or lunch.
What are the ingredients are use to make chocolate swiss roll.
Preparation
1 . Sugar powder
2 . Chocolate powder
- Refined flour
- Chocolate esinence
- Whipped cream
- Banking powder
- Baking time.
PROCEDURE
Whisk the eggs and sugar combipedly . Untill it is think, pole and doubled in size.
Sitve the flour and coco powder over the egg minture .
Then with the help of spatula gently combined the by cut and fold method.
Pre heat the oven to 220c .
Grew the swiss roll pan and place a baking paper .
Poutt the mixture in to the pan and bake it at 220c for 10 _20 min.
Mean while sprinkle a large sheat of baking paper .
With extra caster sugar.
Remove the cake from the pan and place it an baking paper.
Put the whipped cream on the sponge and roll it.
And then set it inside to cool.
Now your chocolate swiss roll is ready to serve .
