CHRIS KENNEDY ACCUSES RAHM EMANUEL OF 'ETHNIC CLEANSING'!

CHRIS KENNEDY is the son of ROBERT KENNEDY and the nephew of the late JOHN F. KENNEDY he made a stunning allegation against the CHICAGO mayor RAHM EMANUEL stating the he was attempting the cleanse the city of its black residents by withholding funding for schools , hospitals and police allowing crime and violence to go unchecked forcing thousands to flee. UNDER RAHM'S reign in CHICAGO it has lost 4% of its black residents they went from 33% of the population to 29% and falling.
