The transfiguration of Christ: His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. Mark 9:3

The miracle of the transfiguration of Jesus is only narrated by the synoptic gospels, and is one of the most emotional moments in the life of the Messiah, his transfiguration before three disciples, Peter, James, and John, was a preview of his ascension to the Father after his death and resurrection, and like in his baptism with John, in the Jordan River, a voice came from heaven, the voice of the Father, recognizing him as his very beloved Son.
Within Christianity, the transfiguration of Jesus can be considered as that intimate union between the earthly nature of Jesus Christ and his heavenly or spiritual nature; Jesus is a person free from the original sin and his transfiguration was a manifestation of his true nature, the embodiment of God's perfections.
The gospel of Mark relates that Jesus, transfigured by the glory of God, met Elijah and Moses, because Jesus represented during his life on earth the completion of God's message to men, or in other words, Jesus came with all the authority of the prophets to give a message of salvation for all the humanity subjected to sin.
This is how the gospel of Mark relates this glorious moment in the life of the Lord Jesus Christ:
"After six days Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them. His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus.
Peter said to Jesus, ´Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.´ (He did not know what to say, they were so frightened)
Then a cloud appeared and covered them, and a voice came from the cloud: ´This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!´
Suddenly, when they looked around, they no longer saw anyone with them except Jesus" Mark 9:2-8.
