Perhaps you can find something in your book re "shooting messengers" vs reading the message contents.
It seems to be a common failing these days. Those that try & speak TRUTH are attacked or admonished, as a way to deflect attention from the actual message.
It's sometimes called 'media spin'. But it is not TRUTH.
Thank you very much for your response and insight. The Word of God is filled with examples of people speaking the truth and getting shot down. Probably the best example would be that of Our Lord Jesus who ended up being crucified for the truth which He was spoke. Thank you again. Blessings!

Truth never has to be defended. It stands on its own. Keep speaking the truth. Things like money are never roots of evil, only our intentions of use for them.
