What would be the first thing we do as we wake up each day?
IS IT:
- Check our mobile phones for messages.
- Concocting a hot cup of coffee.
- Open up our emails for the latest notifications.
- Or cook a nice breakfast meal.
- Watch your favorite youtube videos.
How about we offer the first few minutes of our day to the Lord.
Colossians 1:18 "And He is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence."
PREEMINENCE.
That is what the Lord wants from us. As we are one body with Him, and He is the head, He should have the first place in all things. Forget everything, all the joys, the worries, the problems, the happiness, but instead focus unto Him! Pray in spirit as we wake up, have an intimate fellowship with Him. Open up the Bible, read a few verses, and enjoy the revelations that our Lord will pour upon us. Let Him become our daily habit, our daily manna, our only real source.
PRAISE YOU LORD JESUS!!!
