As Christians we need a daily dose of the word of God to stay active and keep us on track.
Due to the stress and the busy schedule of life and we tend to relegate this activity to one specific day, which should not be so.

I read Hebrew and it is always better to read Psalms in the language they were written in as well as in your native language. You get more out of it that way in my opinion.

That way you get the full understanding of the message.
But the problem here is that most ppl are not fluent in the original languege and have to rely on english and/or local translation
