If we are NOT looking more like Yahshua every day, every week, month and year–by His transformative power (grace)–in honesty, we must re-access our hearts, really repent, and get born again. Selah.
It's wisdom to invite the Holy Spirit of conviction and truth to keep us from being seduced by the spirit of this age with it's satanic mantra, "do as thou will." The total surrender to Jesus Christ, BEING OUR LIFE, is the solution to navigate these ruff waters of temptation.
