Every believer in Christ ought to rejoice anytime he/she goes over this verse.
Why should you rejoice and be courageous to confront demons, principalities and powers? It is because of this assuring declaration of our Lord. All powers has been given to Him, the implication of this is that no other power remaininy for Satan to use. What remains for him is a counterfeit and defeated power.
