I send this out to those who consider themselves to be followers of Jesus. I say this because if you're not a follower of Jesus as being one of his disciples that follow him in sincerity and truth, then most of the emotions you respond to within yourself are suspicion, fear and anger. But if you're a true follower of Jesus then The Bible states in Rom. 5:5 "And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.." This why my post is directed to those who consider themselves to be true disciples of Jesus.

I see a lot of posts of people who say that Muslims should go back to their own country. Now when they say Muslim do they mean a religious group of people or a race of people. How sad it is that within the so called body of Christ there is so much racism, prejudiced and anger towards other people who are a part of the world that "God so loved that he gave his only begotten son". Please keep in mind that as christians we ourselves are considered by the Bible to be foreigners and aliens in this World (1 Pet. 2:9-11...I would encourage you to read this whole chapter as it might alone change your opinions). So when those who oppose Christianity get tired of us what country should we go back to? Christianity started in Israel grew in Italy expanded in Europe and became big business in the United States. Again, what country should we go back to?

Let's imagine for a minute that the tables were turned and that instead of our being responsible to repeat the words that Jesus has spoken about people, that instead Jesus repeats the words that we say about people. Doesn't sound right does it? Leaves even a bad taste in our mouths when you think about it.

We are responsible to be like Jesus on the earth (1 In. 4:17)! Please don't assume by my post that I think that I'm above anyone. I am not! I deal with racism, prejudice, anger, hatred and bitterness towards other people as well. I live in this world just like you and like you I too have been hurt. And hurt people feel the need to hurt others. It's a natural means of protecting ourselves...get them before they get us... Let me ask you a question. Have you ever hurt someone physically, emotionally or mentally? Have you considered thoughts of murdering or harming someone else? Have stolen, lied, been self righteous, been unfaithful to a loved one or disobedient to God? If so, do you believe that you are entitled to God's love and forgiveness and others are not?

I have learned what God's expectations are for me just as you have, being declared to us clearly in His Word. And that is that we are to love as it states in Eph. 5:2 "And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour." My dear brothers and sisters, we are to bless people who curse us and we are to love our enemies ( But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Matt. 5: 44-45). The Bible says love doesn't pose any ill will towards anyone but loves all people no matter how unloving they may be ( 1 Cor. 13: 4-5).

And what is the great reason to love? Because we in our vile condition we have been found by Him and loved by Him! So now, we should want everyone everywhere to discover the love Jesus has for them the same love that we have discovered! So if, any of you christians would like to respond to my post in anger and fear and resentment or in disappointment of me...that would be fine. I will respond to you in Love. Blessings to you all!

It's not racism or prejudice. I don't want people coming to America that are hostile to our form of government and way of life. I don't want "rapefugees" coming to America like they have in Sweden where 90% of the rapes are by refugees. It's only common sense.

Muslims don't assimilate into society. They don't work. They become another class of welfare people and criminals.

It's a mistake to equate what someone does personally with what you'd require the country as a whole to do. If someone wants more Muslim immigration let them take those people into their own house. And provide them with medical care. Don't expect me to pay for it.

Were you the author of this or was Jesus? If you are a believer then what you have and who you are belongs to Jesus. With all due respect this sounds more like fear and anger then love. And if you mean "common sense" as to that which is common sense taught in the Word of God then I am missing something. Please ignore my commentary and rather just read the scriotures provided. There you will find your common sense. "Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. 1 Cor. 3: 18-20".
Thank you for your response and I truly mean that. May the Lord use both of us to reach this world with the gospel.
