Most pastors know that, statistically, many members of their church will have (or have had) one or more abortions. Does that impel them to patiently, lovingly, and unequivocally teach that abortion/infanticide is murder and that unrepentant murderers will have their part in the Lake of Fire?
No, because according to them that would be “piling on”.
Actions speak volumes. Most pastors would never say it in so many words, but their actions say, “better to let babies be murdered and folks in the congregation perish than to offend anyone.”
What great guys most pastors are these days. They never offend anyone.
Except God, who is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.
And the preborn, who these pastors by their silence on abortion allow to be treated like flushable waste.
And those within these pastors' sphere of influence who, had they been dutifully warned might, like Nineveh, have repented before it was too late.
