The verse you quoted proves that Pharaoh picked Joseph to rule over Egypt precisely because God was with him and gave him the power to interpret dreams.

Nobody can be perfect.

Excellence is NOTHING when compared to godliness.

Joseph is a great example that disproves the rest of what you write. God endowed Joseph with godly character, wisdom, and intelligence. God blessed his work wherever he went so that Joseph would rise to be second in command in Egypt.
