Its so amazing if a Christian get to know His possession in Christ. Having the mindset of no lack at all because the bible says in 1 Corinthians 3:21 that, "All things are yours". In other words you can't lack as a Christian because God has given us all things.

Let's look at something in 1 Corinthians 2:12. Its says “ Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God”
God has freely giving us a lot of possessions but till you seek to know you may never take hold of it or use it to better your life.
2 Peter 1:3 emphasises the same reality. It says, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. A Christian ideally shouldn't lack or be in need of anything because all things is giving onto us. God has made everything available to us in Christ.
But most importantly, before this becomes practical in our lives or before you can appropriate and take hold of God's blessings to your life you must know the word of God. Through the Word, you discover your inheritance and you get to know your possessions but it doesn't end there, it must be practical and we must utilize and enjoy it. It’s one thing to discover your inheritance, it’s another thing to enjoy it; Here the holy Spirit comes in.
Our opening verse makes us to understand that part of His ministry in our lives: He helps us know our divine endowments; things that have been given to us freely by God.
Let's continue with the verse thirteen 13, it says “Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth…” (1 Corinthians 2:13). Did you observed that? The bible says that the holy spirit will help us know,He will teach and speak to us what we need to know. We need the holy Spirit to help us to discover our potential and our inheritance in Christ. He is the key person to aid us enjoy what we have.
Fullness of life, communion with the father and His Son Jesus Christ, right standing with God, Holiness, blessings, favour, peace, healing, prosperity and many others are the blessings God has prepared for us as believers to enjoy freely. Confess them, call forth and they shall come to past. Glory!!!

Philemon 1:6 says, “That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
One thing we must know is that acknowledging the good things in you doesn’t mean a passive or inactive recognition of the blessings you have in Christ. Rather, it means to recognise and concur or answer positively to your blessings and heritage in Christ. It means to recognise and confessing all that you are, all that you have, and all that you can do in Christ. Hallelujah !
thank you for reminding us of the gifts we take for granted: holiness, favour, peace, etc
