Yes, you are correct. Worrying is not part of the salvation package. As a Christian, these things that the ordinary people worry about should not even disturb us a second because we lives above them. Jesus said ".....that my joy may be in you and that your joy maybe full" John 15:11.
The Bible says the kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. Romans 14:17. A Christian has joy unspeakable full of glory. So worrying is indeed not part of the package.
Luke 12:25-26
25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?
26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
So, why worrying, rather, give thanks.
