Revelation 14:1 (KJV)
And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
A Lamb. Capital l, Lamb. This is Jesus Christ.
What a title for the Lord.
A Lamb as it had been slain
A Lamb provided but God
A Lamb that takes the away the sin of the world
This Lamb once opened not His mouth before the shearers. Now He stands on the mount Sion.
He stands ready to save
He stands ready to forgive
He stands ready to lead
He stands ready to gather His own to His house
He stands ready to judge
He stands ready to defeat
He stands ready to reap the harvest of the world
He stands ready to come again
Look! Look and you will see Him too.
