THE GRACE GIVEN TO YOU

"BUT on the contrary, WHEN THEY SAW THAT THE GOSPEL FOR THE UNCIRCUMCISED HAD BEEN COMMITTED TO ME, as the gospel for the circumcised was to Peter."

Comment: Knowing your specific area of calling is of paramount importance to success in the ministry work. The Grace or the anointing for what you are called to do is placed on your life by God. Anointing is relative to the calling. You would not be anointed for what you are not called to do.
One of the things you would notice or discover is, you would not have to toil or struggle to operate or be efficient in the area you are called and anointed to operate. If you observed in the Bible chapter, the people who are reputed or apparently believed to be pillars of ministry could see or deduce that the grace or anointing for the gospel to the uncircumcised was given or committed to Paul, as the gospel to the circumcised was to Peter: "AND WHEN JAMES, CEPHAS, AND JOHN, WHO SEEMED TO BE PILLARS, PERCEIVED THE GRACE THAT HAD BEEN GIVEN TO ME, THEY GAVE ME AND BARNABAS THE RIGHT HAND OF FELLOWSHIP, THAT WE SHOULD GO TO THE GENTILES AND THEY TO THE CIRCUMCISED" (Galatians 2:9 NKJV).

The truth is, If the grace or the anointing for a particular assignment is on your life, or given to you, It would be evident for all to see—other people would know it, because the proofs and results will be there to show it (1 Timothy 4:15).
Do not struggle or strive to operate in the office or ministry you are not called or assigned to operate. Stay in your area of calling, concentration produces consecration. The more you persistently stayed or concentrated on your area of calling, the more anointed and skilful you become in what you are assigned to do.
Note: If you intruded into the office of ministry you are not called to operate, you may suffer a terrible lost. If care is not taken, there might be a premature death. Some have died because they intruded into what they are not called to do (2 Samuel 6:6,7; 2 Chronicles 26:16-21). One can die doing ministry work (Leviticus 10:1-3).
