Ok, so it starts with the organization congratulating themselves for a couple of minutes, and suggesting (around 1:27) that women should get their own flowers.
The speaker barbarously throws the women out of the stage at 2:22, but continues to 'worship' the organizers.
They say that they blog for living. Shouldn't people sell goods and services for living? I've looked at the blog to see whether it was worth paying for it. (I haven't found a donation button, maybe it is paid for by advertisers).
It says 'NONRELIGIOUS' on the right side of the blog. Religions create something. What does showing off being nonreligious do? Does it just mean 'I am unable to create something'? Or maybe atheism is already a meaningful creation. I shall find out from the video talk.
The speaker says around 3:07 that the only thing they ever did was getting out of the way of some other atheist. Does it mean that doing nothing to stop somebody (or nothing at all) already counts as helping them?
Around 3:57 they say that the Bible would be made better by rephrasing the first sentence to begin with 'Once upon a time'. It makes no difference for me, but maybe this particular phrase has some literary merit I am unaware of.
Then they say that the universe having humans as its ultimate goal is somehow flattering to humans. How come? One of the purpose of my own temple is taking care of mice. Is that flattering to mice? Living in a particular place is not something flattering, it's just normal.
I don't exactly know how creating the Universe made God perfect (the speaker claims that at 4:38). The speaker seems to think that everything is perfect. Everything they talk about (women, atheism, this particular conference) is perfect.
The speaker later says that God could have just created everything in one instant.
How does the speaker know that? Did they create anything in the blink of an eye? Even a sheet of paper? If the speaker can't manifest things like that, why do they think that God can?
Then they say it took God billions of years to create the Earth and subatomic particles.
The Bible does not mention the name 'subatomic particles' or 'billions of years'. I don't know where the speaker is taking these claims from.
I thought this was meant to be an atheist conference, yet the speaker has failed to say what atheism contributed to the world, or why atheism is a good thing, and they demonstrate that they apparently do not understand Christianity.
I remind the reader that blogging is the only thing the speaker does for a living. They haven't demonstrated their command of religion, so I don't understand how can they talk about religion professionally.
They have failed to proclaim in this talk what makes a good religion, why exactly was God somehow obliged to create the world the way the speaker envisioned, and if that was even feasible. How to create a good religion? Who will create it? This is what I would like to know.
I am a professional software developer. My work doesn't just consist of blogging about how bad Microsoft or Apple is, but without really understanding what they stand for, or what products they make.
I do not understand what value the speaker creates by this talk, or by their blog. (I am not claiming that my blog is better - I only do not blog professionally).
@rampelflik invited me to read this article. I think they needed some attention, as I think I am the first one who comments on this, and provides a serious analysis of the first couple of minutes of this work.
I hope that @rampelflik does not mind this analysis being rather negative, and that I didn't misunderstand their intentions.
You've got an interesting take on the video @yogidarshan. Thank you for taking the time to spell it out.
You are right that the start of the video contains a lot of praise and thanks for the organizers of the event. The talk itself starts at the 3:40 mark, for anyone wishing to skip the first part.
The speaker doesn't "barbarously throws the women out of the stage" as you put it. He just makes a joke.
Most of the talk is given in a humorous/cynical/sarcastic fashion. Am I correct in thinking English isn't year first language? Some subtleties in intonation might be difficult for you to hear in that case, whereby one can fail te understand what is being said. For instance, the speaker obviously does not seem to think that everything is perfect. He is paraphrasing the contents of the bible in such a way that points out the utter idiocy of the whole Abrahamic Religious story.
He also adds information that we've learned since the bible and its reality claims was first published. Like the stuff about the subatomic particles and the age of the universe, thereby bolstering the argument that the story of the bible is extremely unlikely, if not impossible.
I think he does an excellent job in pointing out the absurdity of the whole Christian God story. And if that is not a contribution to our understanding of the world and ourselves, something immensely valuable, I don't know what is.
As for your question on how to create a good religion, personally, I don't think it's very likely. Mostly because religions tend to stagnate in dogmatic thinking. More science is what we need. More rationality and good explanations are called for if we truly wish to learn about ourselves and the reality we live in.

You think the earth is flat? That is all I need. I'm sorry, but I won't be conversing with you anymore. I wish you the best. Good day.
