Some time back, in an article called The WHY of the Christian States of America, I explained the reason why we- our country, that is- needed to start completely over as a nation. Our beloved Constitution has been spat on and torn up by the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of government starting over one hundred fifty years ago, but especially starting in earnest with the Woodrow Wilson regime. You know, the one that created the 'Federal' 'Reserve' Bank ? The one that instituted the Income Tax ? Yeah, that one.
The entire Federal government, once created by the several states, for their protection, has taken away every important right from the states, including the rights of private property, the right to regulate commerce, it has mandated that citizens must purchase insurance policies under penalty of the law, and even re-defined the meaning of the age-old institution of Marriage to include homosexuals, contrary to the will of the people and the tenants of our Holy Bible..
And the Federal government allows, even facilitates and encourages the murder of millions of unborn babies every year.
The Federal government is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Devil.
Our system of government has devolved into a Monarchy, one where the Congress- even those in the opposition party- are cowed into submission, giving the King (and soon the Queen) everything that they want without any scrutiny or oversight of the Royalty allowed. And the Royalty can simply ignore any laws as they choose, with no risk of arrest, or even verbal condemnation.
OK, that is the reason for a new start for our country. Read the Declaration of Independence if you want more context.
Now to the OTHER part, the CHRISTIAN part. As it says on this page, all you have to do to get to Heaven is to admit to Jesus that you are a sinner, and to ACCEPT His forgiveness. No strings attached. If you do that, you can start your life over, unworried about your ultimate future in eternity.
I am not a preacher. Where did I get this message to give to you ? From the Holy Spirit, after a lifetime of reading the Holy Bible, going to church and Sunday School, praying and talking to other believers. And here is the real scoop:
Only people are sinners. Animals do not sin. God requires blood to pay for our sins. Why does God require BLOOD to pay for our sins ?
I DO NOT KNOW.
Maybe it is because it is the only thing that we OWN. The only thing that we CAN give of ourselves.
Why do I say that blood is the only thing that we OWN ?
Because all of our Earthly possessions will stay here when we die. God created all matter and all things. We only have the USE of them while we are alive. God created all matter, and God owns it.
There is a joke I heard one time where a scientist was talking to God (LOL) and said "You say that you created man. I could do that if I was given the right equipment and enough money and time". God said "But I made man from just the clay of the Earth. Do THAT !".
The scientist reached down for a handful of dirt but God stopped him. " I made THAT dirt. Get your OWN dirt" God said.
Anyway, I believe that God owns all the matter that He created. What can we give God to atone for our sins ? Can we give a kidney ? Or our hand ? A foot ? No, only blood is acceptable to God. And I think He means ALL of our blood. Why ? I don't know, but God made the Universe, and He made the rules.
Now, ever since God began talking to Abraham, God has allowed man to atone for his sins with the blood of an animal. Since animals cannot sin, they are by definition an innocent sacrifice.
By sending His son Jesus, who did not sin, and was therefore also innocent, to be sacrificed, God allowed Jesus' blood to atone for all of our sins. IT IS THE BLOOD OF JESUS that sets us free from the punishment for our sins.
ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TO ADMIT TO JESUS THAT WE ARE SINNERS,
AND TO ACCEPT HIS FORGIVENESS,
For many years I wondered WHY Jesus had to die. After all, He never hurt anyone. He was 'a nice guy'. He preached love and forgiveness.
NOW I KNOW WHY. AND SO DO YOU.
Most of the people in the world don't know this.
We DO.
Now take my advice and tell Jesus that you know you are a sinner, and that you accept His forgiveness.
YOU ARE NOW FREE from worrying about Heaven and Hell. You are now going to see your loved ones in Heaven when you die. CONGRATULATIONS !
And pass it on to everyone !
