Well it wasn't and if you look after a way to lose some kilos then you are in the wrong place

Not only i will state the reasons while you shouldn't lose a single pound but i will persuade you to eat some more! Christmas like any other holiday is the best possible way to gain take some fats but you keep thinking how i look , what my friends and co-workers are gonna say. Don't worry my friends, after you read this, you gonna have all arguments that you need so let's start as soon as possible:

1) Protect yourselves from the cold weather: 

Mostly in every country that celebrates Christmas the weather is cold so you are forced to do find ways to keep you worm, from heavy clothing to air condition but what if i tell you that you can easily help yourself doing what you love? Yes you go it eat eat and eat. Eating foods you love that probably have fats (who doesn't love chocolate) leading into gaining some weights in which the fat insulates the body's core. 

2)Warm up for the New Year's Eve: 

In case you are thinking after Christmas to start a Diet, think again as the New Year's Eve is approaching and you gonna eat again and after that you birthday,name's day and Easter are close. Don't waste your time with a D.I.E.T (DID I EAT THAT?) and think of it as a warm up for the upcoming holidays, or you can imagine you are a food athlete or a gamer and Christmas are just lvl 1.

3) Don't let down people: 

That's the most important thing above everything else. You are at a family dinner and your grandmother says "eat some more you are skin and bones"  you wanna be cruel to an old lady and hurt her feelings? Imagine this too, having your untie brings a cake at the table, why do you think he brought it just for you to take a look?

4) Be modern and the fashion icon: 

He is not the fashion icon of Christmas

Neither is her

Instead He is the real deal for Christmas. That's your true idol and role model  for the holidays
