I remember driving to my grandma's house on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago. I remember the snow piled up and getting to her warm apartment where everything is Christmas land. Her dog jumps up to greet me licking my face. My cheeks are red from the cold and maybe dog allergies and a huge two meter plastic post-up of Santa is on the door. Everywhere was Christmas music and uncles and aunts drinking and laughing. I was only 7 then but remember well. They had just built the Sears tower and I thought my grandma's attic was the coolest because I could see the Sears tower.

My favourite road trip memory is when I traveled with my parents across Transfăgărășan highway and we were behind a convoy of expensive super cars which were doing the tour for a charity. It was amazing and they stopped at the same location with us and they even let us get in their cars(such as: BMW M3s, a Gallardo and a Lotus Elise) ! It was an amazing holiday indeed. I wish I could meet those guys again :D

When I was a child our family drove from Melbourne VIC to Coffs Harbour NSW. We stayed by the beach side in a caravan park and spent every morning and evening down at the beach digging up beach crabs or burying each other in the sand then playing in the water to clean off before breakfast or dinner. It was a fun family holiday.
