The Dood's Crypto Christmas.

Christmas has come and gone and it's nice to be through with the holiday hustle. I work at a small family run retail store and things always get crazy around the holidays. It's always nice when the family finally sits around the table for Christmas eve dinner and everyone can finally relax.

So my cousin had expressed an interest in getting involved with cryptocurrencies so I decided to give her an OKcash paperwallet as one of her gifts. I only loaded it with about 5 dollars of OKcash and told her she could either cash it out on an exchange and use it to start trading or hodl it and see if the price continues to rise.

My cousin got me a Raspberry Pi3. I'm really excited about this because I've been dying to check out the latest version of ROKOS. (Yes, those are The Dood's Homer Simpson Christmas PJ's)

ROKOS is a Linux OS made for the Raspberry Pi that allows you to run a bitcoin full node, multiple cryptocurrency wallets like OKcash and others. One of the newest features is that it allows you to run an OpenBazaar client on it. I'm really looking forward to checking that out.

          I'm really looking forward to it. I plan on working on it tonight. Once I set up ROKOS and get DoodBot running on Twitter with it, I need to find some cool projects that will repurpose the RPi 2. I'm sure I'll figure out a way to put it to good use.
