I love a good CHristmas market, but a Christmas market isn't exactly the same if it is warm outside and you do not even need a jacket. But then again, a person in Lisbon will most likely put on a jacket when the temperature goes below 20 Celsius, because they feel like it is cold. At the same temperature, a person from Norway wonder whether or not he needs any clothes at all.
As the temperature reach 10 Celsius, a guy in Lisbon is wearing hat, scarf, and still feels as if it is freezing cold. At the same time our Norwegian friend has decided to put on a sweater. But, he doesn't wear a sweater because it is needed, but because he is fed up with questions from everyone in Lisbon about why he isn't wearing more clothes.
No matter what, it might not be extremely cold in Lisbon, but there are still Christmas markets in town. This is a quite new trend, probably because they see that Christmas markets are rocking all across Europe and they have made it very popular to travel to new cities in Europe just before Christmas.
