I've been generating an image a day on Night Cafe for the last few months.
I was posting the images online. My thought was to generate an image and write an original essay.
Athough the posts contained an original image and an essay, I felt that the posts appeared to be a bit "spammy."
I continued to generate images but stopped posting them.
December Images
In December I decided to generate a series of Christmas images.
Generative AI creates images by scanning online images. Well. There are millions of Christmas images online. This means that AI can bang out stunning Chirstmaas images.
I usually generate 6 images for a prompt and take the best images.
Here is my collection of Christmas Images.
If you have any ideas or requests for seasonal images, just drop a note below.
My Christmas Image Collection
Courts hold that AI images are close to public domain. Here are some of the images I created. Feel free to use or evolve the images. SteemIt compresses images. So, I include a link to a higher resolution picture. I present the images in no particular order.
The top image shows shows a stylized Santa in a Sleigh.
As Christmas is a foundational celebration in many churches. I created the image of a Stained Glass Nativity Scene in a gothic church.
Christmas takes place in Winter in the Northern Hemisphere; So I creates a Snowman outside a decorated house
The next images shows people singing Christmas carols.
We shouldn't forget the primary focus of Christmas which is the birth of Jesus Christ; so I generated an image of a Nativity Scene
To add a touch of romance to the collection, I added two elves under a mistletoe. Although, now that I re-examine the picture, I am not sure which elf is the girl elf and which is the boy. AI probably doesn't know either as it is a machine.
I wanted am image of children opening presents under a Christmas Tree.
I wanted some abstract images so I created an image of ringing bells.
I created a picture of Santa's workshop
Christmas should be an inclusive holiday. Christianity was created by a schism in the Jewish community a few millennia ago, so I include a Menorah to commemorate Hanuka which runs from Dec 25 - Jan 2 this year. Oddly, I had a hard time getting a menorah with nine candles.
The final image for this post shows a little drummer boy . The carol of the drums was written by Katherine Kennicott Davis in 1941 and popularized by the Trapp family ... you know that family portrayed in the Sound of Music.
Conclusion
I've been generating an image a day on Night Cafe. I am currently on a 69 day streak. I decided against publishing the images on SteemIt.
Feel free to use the images in your post. If you would like me to create an image, let me know in the comments.
