Ingredientes:
para 4 raciones
8 chuletas ahumadas de cerdo no muy gruesas
1 cebolla en medias lunas o el cubos
1 ½ tazas salsa cátsup
salsa de soya
2 cdas vinagre
azúcar al gusto (yo le pongo 3 cucharadas grandes)
sal
Pasos
50 minutos
Freímos las chuletas a que doren por los dos lados
En un bol mezclamos todos los ingredientes líquidos y el azúcar. En la sartén en que se frieron las chuletas sofreímos la cebolla deben quedar crocantes y las reservamos.
Agregamos a la misma sartén las chuletas y la salsa dejamos que hiervan unos 10 minutos y agregamos las verduras y dejamos unos 5 nada mas y listo...
